We believe that acting is an art form just like any other -- like playing the piano or learning ballet, a specific technique is needed. A young person trained in acting technique will gain versatility, and with this, much more recognition in the industry. In addition, having a solid technique builds a young person's self-esteem, imagination, and an ease with their own emotionality that can be applied to any area of life. We believe in the students being the originators, being authentic, and working together as a team.

Students will study:
Exploring the mechanics of singing. The three huge topics, posture, breathing, and tone. Discovering your voice. Tone, vowels, consonants, and voice types. Developing your technique. Learning the difference between middle voice, chest voice and head voice. How to develop the technique required for singing. Singing in Performance. Learning different songs from musicals. Building on confidence and ability.
